Višnja Kuzmanović

Višnja Kuzmanović is Head of Trademarks and Industrial Design Department at the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia (SIPO Croatia) since 2013. She was a Croatian representative in the Working Group for Intellectual Property of the Council of the European Union during revision of the European Trade Mark system and a part of national team of experts for the transposition of the new EU legislation into the national law. She participates in the meetings of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications (SCT) – World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Liaison Meetings of European Union Intellectual Property Office for trademarks and industrial design. She has been mentoring students for the on-line WIPO General Course on Intellectual Property and holding lectures at WIPO- Croatia Summer School on Intellectual Property.
