Gorana Aralica Martinović

Gorana Aralica Martinović has served as a Judge at the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia since 2011, handling all types of civil law dispute cases under the jurisdiction of commercial courts and, inter alia, cases related to the protection of intellectual property. She also featured as a Judge at the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and as an Arbitrator with the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. She has been a member of the Boards of Appeal for trademark, industrial design and geographic designations since 2015.

Her academic work includes lecturing within the scope of the education and training program at the Judicial Academy and at the University Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Specialist Study of Intellectual Property. She is a member of the Association of Croatian Judges.
