Benedetta Ubertazzi
Biography
Benedetta Ubertazzi is a Full Tenured Aggregate Professor and Researcher of European Union Law at the School of Law of the University of Milan-Bicocca, Italy, and Contracted Associate Professor at the School of Law of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Saint-Petersburg State University”, Russia. She is also a practicing attorney in intellectual property, business and EU law at the Studio Ubertazzi in Milan, Italy. She acts as UNESCO Facilitator, UNESCO Evaluator, and UNESCO Legal Expert for the intangible cultural heritage.
Her fellowships include Chung-Ang University, Seoul, the Republic of Korea, University of Kyushu, Fukuoka, Japan, and Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich, Germany. She is a member of the International Law Association, and of its Committee on Intellectual Property and Private International Law and of the Committee on Participation in Global Cultural Heritage Governance.
