Biography

Ana Rački Marinković was until mid 2019, when she joined the Office of the Representative of the Republic of Croatia before the European Court of Human Rights, the Deputy Director General of the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia and the chair of the Coordination Board for the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the Republic of Croatia. She was the member of the working group “Intellectual property” in the negotiation Team for Accession of Croatia to the European Union.

She teaches as an external associate the course on industrial property rights at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, Croatia, since 2009 and is involved in the University of Zagreb Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Specialist Study of Intellectual Property. Her scientific work is mainly in the field of industrial property. She published several papers and participated in conferences in this filed of law.
